[ ChronaGate™ Licensing ]
Agents act only inside a live grant.
Your AI agents now pay, order, dispatch, and commit. ChronaGate™, from AI2 (Asymmetric Intelligence & Innovation), is a hardware gate between the agent and the action. An action without a live grant does not fire.

[ The gap ]
Your renewal is starting to exclude what your agents do.
Generative-AI exclusions are now available on general liability forms, and cyber underwriters are narrowing cover. One event falls through the middle of the tower.
Model insurance
Covers what the AI says.
Errors, hallucinations, harmful output. A real market, with real limits.
Cyber
Covers a breach.
An attacker in your systems. Increasingly written with AI carve-outs.
Uncovered
An agent that pays, orders, or commits outside what it was allowed to do.
It sits between cyber, tech E&O, and general liability. Recovery from the model vendor is capped by contract.
The question is not only whether an agent decides well. It is whether it can take an action it was never authorized to take.
[ The gate ]
Every action needs a live grant. Try one.
The grant names the agent, the tool, the payees, the cap, the time window, and the revocation rule. Send the accounts-payable agent the seven requests below, in order, and read the log after each one. The morning's scheduled payments have already run.
This is an illustration with example payees and amounts. In production the decision is made in hardware, outside the agent's reach, and every line is signed and timestamped against the time source named on the grant, in a log your team keeps.
[ The Grant Warranty ]
We put money behind the boundary.
Every qualifying licensed path shipping from January 2027 carries the Grant Warranty. It is included in the license, capped, and conditioned. Subject to the Grant Warranty certificate and its stated conditions, exclusions, claim procedure, and path limit, AI2 will pay covered direct financial loss caused by a verified action executing through ChronaGate™ outside its live grant. The limit is set per path on the certificate and is separate from the agent's daily cap. Covered direct loss is the value that executed outside the grant, less any amount recovered or reversed.
It pays when an action executes through the gate
- With no live grant
- Outside the grant's time window
- Over the grant's cap
- After a signed revocation, once the commit bound written on the grant had passed, whether or not the revocation reached the gate
Once the commit bound written on the grant has passed after a signed revocation, the grant is not live, and an execution is outside a live grant whether or not the revocation arrived.
Only actions that execute through ChronaGate™ qualify. A path that bypasses or modifies the gate is excluded.
Claims are decided by the independent administrator named on the certificate. AI2 does not decide them.
It does not cover
- A wrong answer or judgment made inside the grant
- Hallucination, bias, defamation, drift, or model performance
- A payment, order, or commitment the grant allowed
- Any path that bypasses or modifies the gate
- Fines, penalties, reputational harm, or legal costs
- Unwind, recovery, or investigation costs
- A payment made while the grant was still live at the gate because a revocation had not arrived
- A refusal when the gate cannot decide and holds the action
The line we draw
The warranty will stand behind the boundary, not behind every outcome of authorized automation.
A payment to an approved vendor, inside the cap and the window, may still be a mistake. It is not a boundary failure, and we will not pretend otherwise. The Grant Warranty comes with the first paths in January 2027 and is part of the ChronaGate™ license and is not sold separately.
[ The record ]
Evidence your risk team owns.
Each path produces a record that shows what the agent was allowed to do, what it tried, and what the gate did. You can verify it without calling us.
When your renewal asks how agent activity is controlled, you can take this signed path record to your broker and your cyber or E&O carrier. What they do with it is their decision. The warranty certificate is a vendor warranty on the product, not an insurance submission. AI2 does not sell, quote, or place insurance.
[ How it starts ]
One agent, one tool, one path.
We do not ask you to put your whole AI estate behind a gate. We start with the one path where an unauthorized action would cost you the most.
Step 1 · 30 min
Intro call
Which agents act on your behalf today, and which action would hurt most if it fired without permission.
Step 2 · 60 min
Path scoping
We write the grant together: agent, tool, payees or scope, caps, clock, and revocation routes.
Step 3
License and certificate
Sign the license agreement, Form ALA-2026.1, and receive the Grant Warranty certificate for the path.
Step 4 · Jan 2027
Gate in service
The gate ships, the path goes live, and the signed log starts recording every decision.
Built for agents whose actions have consequences
of fault-tolerant control engineering behind the design, across nuclear, aerospace, and heavy industry.
USPTO provisional patent applications, with the first non-provisional filing on 1 October 2026.
If the gate cannot decide, the action does not fire. An outage stops payments rather than letting them through unchecked.
[ Questions risk owners ask ]
Before you book.
Is the Grant Warranty insurance?
No. It is a warranty from AI2 on its own product, included in the ChronaGate™ license and not sold on its own. AI2 does not sell, quote, or place insurance. Claims are decided by the independent administrator named on the certificate. Availability depends on your jurisdiction and is stated on your certificate.
Does it cover hallucinations or bad decisions?
No. If the agent makes a poor choice inside the authority you gave it, that is a grant-design or E&O question. The warranty covers one event: an action that executes outside its live grant.
Who decides whether a claim pays?
The independent administrator named on the certificate decides each claim, using the customer-verifiable signed path record, enforcement-point evidence, and applicable third-party records. AI2 may supply technical records but has no authority to decide eligibility, causation, or payment.
Do we have to change our AI vendor or model?
No. The gate sits between the agent and the action it wants to take, so it works with the agents you already run.
What happens if the gate cannot decide?
It holds the action. A gate that cannot decide fails closed, so an outage stops payments rather than letting them through unchecked. That refusal is not a warranty event, because nothing executed outside the grant.
When can we start?
Scoping starts now. First paths ship in January 2027, and we are taking a limited number of design partners, one path each.
[ Book a call ]
Pick a time. Bring one agent.
Thirty minutes with the team that builds the gate. You will leave knowing whether your first path qualifies and what its grant would say.
- Which of your agents can move money or commit you
- What the grant for that path would contain
- How the warranty and the record fit your next renewal
